Job Description

Join our dynamic team specializing in the Aerospace industry, where we produce over 200 different parts using state-of-the-art equipment. Our machine shop is equipped with lathes and 4-axis milling machinery, all featuring Fanuc control. With a legacy of serving the Aerospace industry for the past 50 years, we are expanding and seeking skilled CNC Machinists to support our growth. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC lathes and 4-axis milling machinery.
• Set up machines, including changing tooling and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Work with high-temperature alloys and stainless steel, if experienced.
• Ensure quality inspection of produced parts.

Work Environment

Our CNC Machinists work in a job shop environment with a choice of day or night shifts. The day shift runs from 6 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM Monday through Friday, while the night shift operates from 4 : 30 PM to 4 : 30 AM Monday through Thursday, with some flexibility on Fridays for an early out. Our facility is equipped with advanced technology to support precision and efficiency in our production processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 / hr.
