Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial operations and ensure organizational financial health.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting functions, maintain internal reports, and ensure audit readiness

Oversee budgeting, reporting, and compliance with grant requirements

Optimize financial systems and processes while supporting strategic financial leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

6-8+ years of nonprofit financial operations experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role

Experience managing complex funding streams and knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting

Technical proficiency with Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical skills with experience communicating financial information to non-finance audiences
