Patient Ratios : 1 : 1

Electronic Health Record : Cerner

Scrub Color : Black (hospital provided)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2100-$2250

PACU RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arizona or compact state)

Minimum 2 years of recent PACU or Pre-Op RN experience

Current ACLS and PALS certifications

Experience with geriatric, adult, and pediatric patient populations

Strong clinical skills and ability to work well under pressure

Team player committed to quality patient care

PACU Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia in a busy PACU setting

Monitor and assess patient vital signs, responding promptly to changes in condition

Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams for safe patient transitions

Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery

Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EHR

Participate in call rotation as required
