Now Hiring! Full-Time, Part Time and PRN ALL Shifts - 8 HR Shifts LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Shift : 7 : 00 AM-3 : 00 PM, 3 : 00 PM-11 : 00 PM and 11 : 00 PM-7 : 00 AM

We are offering a sign-on bonus!!!

• Full-time : $2,000 - Receive 25% at 3 months, 25% at 6 months, and 50% at 1 year.
• Part-time : $1,000 - Receive 25% at 3 months, 25% at 6 months, and 50% at 1 year.

LPNs in the Memory Care unit will begin receiving a $1 shift differential for both 2nd and 3rd shifts!
