About the

As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front- and back-of-house operations, managing a dynamic team, ensuring the highest standards of service, and driving financial performance. This position plays a vital role in the success of both the restaurant and the hotel’s food & beverage program.

Key

• Lead daily operations of a full-service, high-volume restaurant
• Foster a culture of hospitality, excellence, and teamwork
• Recruit, train, and develop front- and back-of-house staff
• Oversee scheduling, labor management, and inventory control
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Collaborate with culinary and hotel leadership on promotions and events
• Monitor financial performance, including P&L, budgets, and cost controls
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience in every interaction
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in upscale or fine dining restaurants
• Proven success in managing high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, financials, and guest service
• Ability to lead with professionalism, passion, and attention to detail
• Experience working within hotel restaurant environments a plus
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is highly desirable
