A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist I to provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of contact for all incoming customer support inquiries via phone, email, or support portal

Own, manage, and resolve customer issues from initial report to resolution, escalating when necessary

Document all interactions and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system while balancing time between calls and ticket management

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; college degree in an IT-related field preferred

Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, basic network troubleshooting, and ticketing systems

Relentless commitment to providing a positive customer experience and maintaining professionalism under pressure

Strong time management and prioritization skills to balance multiple tasks effectively

Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
