Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the contract negotiation process from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine contract requirements, terms, and conditions, and successfully implement contracts.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
  • Review and analyze contract performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize contract outcomes.
  • Develop and present contract metrics to the field sales organization senior leadership team and internal senior leadership (i.e. V.P of Sales, Director of Sales, Finance and Director of Marketing).
  • Lead product launches, marketing programs, and product discontinuation activities, providing subject matter expertise in the area of contract management and execution.
  • Lead a team of two or more direct reports and / or managed services.
  • Stay updated on current industry trends and effective methods to continuously enhance contract management processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
  • Ensures personnel adhere to Company compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
