Construction Estimator

Are you looking to be part of an experienced team estimating commercial construction projects for a growing general contracting firm with three offices, with projects throughout Florida and in southeast states? HGR Construction is seeking a commercial estimator with 3 years of experience who knows how to read plans, analyze ITBs and RFPs, and obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors and vendors. HGR would like to add to its team an estimator that enjoys estimating and is interested in an opportunity for advancement in the field. Oranizational skills are a must to keep a handle on construction documents and deadlines. This position includes collaberation with project management, attendance at prebid meetings and site visits, and preparation of bids and estimates. Proficiency in Autodesk, Bluebeam, and Excel are helpful and a willingness to learn is always encouraged and rewarded.
