This leadership role entails coaching and developing restaurant managers to effectively manage individual locations. It requires strong communication skills, with the ability to convey company goals, expectations, and initiatives to team members and ensure their understanding.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time-management and problem-solving skills, as well as the capacity to lead high-performing management teams by providing training tools, honest feedback, coaching, and support for personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Coach and develop restaurant managers to excel in managing individual locations, focusing on general business operations, financials, people development, staffing, problem-solving, safety and security, cleanliness, maintenance, follow-up, applicable laws, and compliance.

Communicate and confirm understanding of company goals, expectations, and initiatives with restaurant managers, ensuring effective delivery and follow-up on goals, expectations, and initiatives.

Lead and develop high-performing management teams by overseeing recruitment selection, onboarding, training, mentoring, performance management, and ongoing professional development.

Promote an environment of urgency to satisfy guests, taking proactive and reactive actions necessary to address guest service platform needs and feedback.

Maintain systems and processes for regular reporting and task completion across all restaurants to ensure compliance with Company, Brand, State, and Federal requirements and operational success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have :

Five years of previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality management.

A strong understanding of company financials and the ability to influence consistent positive change in key restaurant metrics.

Excellent organization and follow-up skills.

Professional and clear communication (both written and spoken).

Honesty, integrity, a clean image, and a positive influence.

Ability to identify, attract, recruit, and retain individuals with leadership and managerial talent.
