Database Analyst IV

Lead the migration of data from multiple legacy systems into Ivanti

Assess existing legacy databases, schemas, and data quality

Design and implement data mapping and transformation strategies

Build and execute ETL pipelines to securely and accurately move data

Work closely with Ivanti system administrators, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure alignment

Maintain data integrity, security, and consistency throughout the migration process

Document data flows, mapping logic, and transformation procedures

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues throughout the migration lifecycle

Provide post-migration support and assist with validation and testing

What you must have :

8+ years of experience as a Database Analyst or Data Engineer

Extensive experience working with legacy database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, flat files, proprietary platforms)

Strong SQL expertise and experience with data modeling and normalization

Demonstrated ability to execute complex data migrations and conversions

Familiarity with Ivanti ITSM, including schema, data structure, and import processes

Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, or custom scripting (Python, PowerShell, etc.)

Ability to interpret undocumented or poorly documented data sources

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functional teams

Nice to have :

Prior experience supporting Ivanti implementations or migrations

Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management best practices

Experience in government or large public sector environments
