Chevron New Energies (CNE) is a division within Chevron Corporation focused on accelerating efforts in low-carbon energy solutions.

The CNE Business Performance & Finance Planning Lead is responsible for the development of CNEs annual business plan and prepares monthly financial forecasts with strategic insight. CNEs business planning process integrates into a wider portfolio process, managing opportunities through full life cycle from project origination to execution.

This position leads the coordination and facilitation of the planning and forecasting processes across multiple teams and stakeholders and is an integral part of CNEs Business Performance & Finance team. In support of the planning and forecasting process, the role is responsible for management of the portfolio and planning systems (Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI). The successful candidate will be expected to display a high level of ownership with the ability to structure, prioritize, and execute work.

Responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to :

• Leads development of CNEs business planning and financial forecasting processes, while coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Prepares communications for the Chevron Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors on the business plan, directly supporting the CNE President and Leadership Team in these engagements.
• Coordinates with Chevrons Investor Relations Team on CNE updates for quarterly earnings calls.
