Key Responsibilities
Analyze data to understand current space usage
Develop and manage seating assignments and floor plan layouts
Project future space requirements based on business growth or downsizing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, design, or a related field (preferred)
0-2 years of experience in space or occupancy planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, vlookup)
Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Revit is a bonus
