Key Responsibilities

Drive production planning and execution of game development deliverables, ensuring milestones are met on time and at quality

Coordinate with discipline leads to align project priorities and resolve cross-team dependencies

Track progress, identify risks, and provide clear visibility and reporting to leadership

Required Qualifications

5+ years of production experience in the game industry

Experience supporting cross-discipline teams through full development cycles, including live game operations

Familiarity with ARPGs, live-service pipelines, and multi-team collaboration

Organizational skills and proficiency with project management software

Ability to manage complex schedules and adapt plans to changing priorities
