Pediatric Registered Nurse

Our mission is to support families by delivering exceptional clinical care while promoting safety, comfort, and independence for every child we serve.\n\nPosition Summary\n\nWe are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with 1–5 years of pediatric experience to provide skilled nursing care to children with complex medical needs in their homes, schools, or daycare settings.\n\nYou will work closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure each child receives the highest level of care under the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) and Medicaid guidelines.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n

• Provide skilled in-home nursing care for pediatric patients with conditions such as : \n
• Cerebral palsy\n
• Down syndrome\n
• G-tube dependence\n
• Tracheostomy / ventilator care\n
• Seizure disorders\n
• Oxygen dependence\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patients' clinical status accurately in compliance with Medicaid and GAPP standards.\n
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to ensure coordinated, holistic care.\n
• Educate parents and guardians on care plans, equipment use, and ongoing support.\n
• Participate in regular case conferences, care plan updates, and nursing documentation reviews.\n
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold Enhanced Family Care's mission and professional ethics.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired : \n
• Current Georgia RN or LPN license (unrestricted).\n
• 1–5 years of pediatric experience (home health, hospital, or clinical setting).\n
• Current CPR / BLS certification.\n
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.\n
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered attitude.\n\nPreferred : \n
• Experience with GAPP (Georgia Pediatric Program) or similar Medicaid programs.\n
• Ventilator, tracheostomy, or G-tube care experience.\n
• Pediatric home health experience strongly preferred.\n\nJob Types : Full-time, Part-time\n\nPay : $35.00 - $60.00 per hour\n\nExpected hours : No less than 16 per week\n\nWork Location : In person
