Job Summary
Management-level position responsible for analyzing and coordinating lean and process improvement related activities of the organization with supervisory responsibilities for staff assigned. This position is accountable for day-to-day operations of the Lean Specialists and Lean Trainers, providing team leadership, and project coordination. This position is an active participant in evaluating team member performance under their supervision.
