General Laborer - Concrete Precast Yard

Looking to get your hands dirty and build something that lasts? Join a hardworking crew in Gretna, NE, where you'll help shape concrete structures from the ground up. This is a dynamic, field-based role for individuals who thrive in outdoor environments and enjoy physical, hands-on work.

• What You'll Do

Set up and prep forms for concrete pours

Cut wire and tie rebar to reinforce structures

Move materials across the site efficiently

Pour and finish concrete in prepared forms

Operate hand tools and construction equipment

At least 6 months of construction experience (general or utility)

Familiarity with concrete work and hand tools

Ability to lift 50 lbs from ground to truck level

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Experience with dirt work and utility construction

Ability to operate excavators, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment

Fitting and laying experience in construction projects

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
