• BE / BC Neurology
• Near Lexington, Kentucky
• Four or Five Day Work Week
• Outpatient : 1 Neurologist, 1 Sleep Specialist, 1 Specialized NP
• Malpractice, CME ($6,000), 5 days CME
• PTO - 8 hours per pay period
• Year 1 - Guarantee Salary
• Year 2 - Base plus Production
