ProLogistix is now hiring for an Experienced 1st Warehouse Coordinator with a world-renowned computer company.

Location : Whitsett

Hours and Starting Pay : 1st Shift Monday Friday 6 : 30am-3pm $23.00hr

Objective

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations. This role ensures inventory, equipment, and workflow remain organized and efficient to support high-volume order fulfillment. The Warehouse Coordinator acts as the operational backbone of the facilitymaintaining structure, enforcing standards, and enabling smooth execution across 1st and 2nd shifts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage overall warehouse organization, including layout, storage optimization, and material flow.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system updates.
• Assign tasks and direct daily workload across warehouse operators to meet production goals.
• Maintain clear visibility of order queues, backlog, and throughput to support leadership in planning.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of customer devices and materials.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, cleanliness, and compliance with industry standards.
• Support escalation resolution when order flow or warehouse bottlenecks occur.
• Collaborate with shift leads and managers to align resources with business priorities.
• Track and report warehouse performance metrics (inventory accuracy, order cycle time, SLA adherence, etc.).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize space utilization.
