Ash & Harris Executive Search  is looking for a  Fitter Welder - MIG & TIG (1st Shift)

Overview :

This is a full-time, permanent on-site position located in the Brown Deer, Wisconsin area. Join a financially stable, employee-owned company that is a leader in its dynamic industry. The work involves custom, non-production projects, ensuring interesting and challenging work that is never tedious.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Set up and fit materials up to 1" thick for welding.
  • Perform non-production MIG welding on a variety of unique products.
  • Grind and finish welds as needed.

Requirements :

  • Education :  Not specified.
  • Experiences :
  • 2+ years of MIG welding experience.
  • 2+ years of fitter welder experience.
  • 2+ years of non-production welding experience.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Other :
  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Must possess a solid work history and exceptional communication skills.
  • Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Brown Deer, Wisconsin.

    • Compensation and Benefits :

  • Salary :  Up to $62,000 per year.
  • Benefits :  Full benefits package including company stock (ESOP), annual discretionary bonus, 401k plan, and health insurance.

    • Schedule :

  • Full-time :  First shift. The company is prioritizing flexibility with potential for flexible work hours.
  • Work arrangement :  On-site. This is not a remote position. No relocation assistance is provided.
