Production Lead Duties :

Set up the production line to run efficiently

Oversee sanitation of equipment and work area throughout shift

Train and mentor employees

Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy while participating in hands-on food preparation

Ensure overall line performance and adherence to food safety standards

Schedule : 7am Start, 5 days a week

• Weekend work required

Pay :   $23 - $25

Production Lead Requirements :

At least 2 years of food production experience

At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience

Comfortable working in cold environments (34–37°F)

Able to lift up to 25 pounds
