Lot Manager

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Lot Manager to oversee property operations at our Seminole and Lubbock lots. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and keeping things running smoothly.

The Lot Manager will be responsible for managing incoming inventory, maintaining lot organization, and supporting the sales and logistics teams. This person ensures every trailer, truck bed, and other products are received, documented, displayed, and ready for customers. They’ll also keep the lot presentable, assist with logistics, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inventory Receiving & Quality Control

Receive all trailer and truck bed loads.

Organize trailers, truck beds, and equipment on the lot.

Take professional pictures of trailers / truck beds.

Assist with scheduling, loading, and unloading of units.

Perform mowing, weed whacking, and spraying as needed to keep yard presentable.

Assist sales team with locating units for customers.
