Responsibilities

Sales Excellence : Drive sales by effectively presenting and recommending suitable insurance products and services.

Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of Allstate's insurance products and services to offer expert guidance.

Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Analysis : Stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.

Customer Service : Provide exceptional post-sale support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

Licensing : Active Florida Property & Casualty License is highly desired.

Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales or a similar role is beneficial but not required.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
