San Antonio, TX | Full-Time | Exempt

A multi-national company in the construction industry is seeking a seasoned Controller to oversee the corporate accounting function and partner directly with executive leadership.

Highlights of the Role

Lead accounting operations across multi-entity, multi-state, and international structures

Manage consolidations, financial reporting (GAAP / IFRS), and external audits

Oversee job costing, WIP schedules, and construction project accounting

Support acquisitions and integration of accounting processes and systems

Mentor and grow a high-performing accounting team

Ideal Background

Bachelor’s in Accounting / Finance required; CPA or advanced degree preferred

10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 7+ years in leadership

Expertise in multi-entity consolidations, GAAP / IFRS, and construction accounting

Strong systems knowledge (Sage Intacct and advanced Excel preferred)
