We are currently seeking a CDL Class A Company Drivers for over-the-road (OTR) assignments involving flatbed or step deck trailers based in Winston, GA. Working with Owner-Operators too!
Pay : Compensation : Competitive pay starting at 27% of Gross OR $0.65 per practical mile driven. Earnings increase with experience and performance. Drivers take home about $1200-$4500 Weekly. Health Benefits (Vision, Dental) Safe DOT Inspection Bonus Driver Referral Bonus Schedule : Trips last between 4 days to 2 weeks, with a minimum of 3 weeks out collectively per month required. Home time is flexible and scheduled to accommodate drivers' needs while ensuring the completion of OTR assignments.
Equipment : Modern Fleet : 2020 and Newer Freightliner / Mack / Kenworth / Peterbilt - APU / Inverter, Fridge, XM Radio Flatbed / Step Deck Trailers : Operate flatbed or step deck trailers, ensuring the safe transport of various types of cargo across multiple destinations.

Key Responsibilities : Safely Operate : Drive a heavy or tractor-trailer truck with a capacity of at least 40,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). Load & Unload : Manage cargo loading and unloading using appropriate equipment and methods. Document Activity : Maintain accurate records and activity logs. Report Issues : Communicate any problems or incidents to dispatch immediately. Conduct Inspections : Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck. Handle Tarps & Straps : Skilled in using tarps and straps for securing various types of loads.
