About the Role
As Supply Chain Director of Petrochemical Operations , you'll provide strategic leadership across production, commercial, and supply chain functions.
- Lead manufacturing operations , maintenance, and capital projects to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance.
- Partner closely with marketing and commercial teams to translate market trends into production strategies.
- Oversee supply chain and logistics — managing feedstock sourcing, scheduling, and outbound product movement to align with customer and market needs.
- Develop and execute strategic and financial plans , ensuring operational efficiency and profitability targets are achieved.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement , mentoring future leaders and promoting collaboration across technical and business disciplines.
- Engage in executive-level discussions with internal and external stakeholders to align operational capabilities with market direction.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field required.Advanced degree preferred MBA, Master's in Finance, or Marketing highly desirable.Leadership experience in petrochemical, refining, or polymer manufacturing.Proven success leading both plant operations and commercial initiatives , with the ability to connect technical performance to business outcomes.Experience in marketing strategy, market analysis, and pricing within an industrial or petrochemical context.Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and capital planningDemonstrated ability to integrate engineering, supply chain, and business functions for maximum operational impact.
