Trillium is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sales Representative in Roselawn!

This direct-hire position aims to attract a local sales professional who approaches sales with an entrepreneurial mindset as if they were the business's owner. The ideal candidate for this remarkable role will possess strong self-motivation and a proven ability to nurture and sustain existing customer relationships. Although the local sales representatives will operate independently, they will maintain communication with the company's various locations across the Midwest for any needed support.

Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday - Saturday with every Sunday off and 1 other day during the week. Annual salary is $30,000 - $40,000+ base w / uncapped commission structure.

The local sales representative will benefit from a limited guaranteed base salary complemented by an uncapped commission structure, which will allow for significant earning potential. The Roselawn territory presents a unique opportunity for the right individual to cultivate and expand their client base, with financial rewards directly tied to their business development capabilities.
