Transportation and Logistics Lead

Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA. This role will be located at our Englewood, Colorado facility.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Transportation and Logistics Leader, that will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive transportation and logistics strategy to support Beehive Industries' multi-site operations. This role will oversee the end-to-end movement of materials, components, and finished goods between suppliers, manufacturing sites, and customers.

What You'll Do...

• Strategy Development & Implementation

Design and execute a multi-site transportation and logistics strategy that aligns with operational, production, and customer delivery goals

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with freight carriers, and partners

Establish standard work for shipping and receiving activities at each site

Ensure compliance with all DOT, ITAR, EAR, and other applicable regulations for shipping aerospace components

Work closely with Procurement, Operations, and Program teams to align logistics plans with build schedules and customer commitments

Evaluate and implement logistics management systems or integrate with ERP / MES for shipment tracking and reporting

In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $99,000-$150,565 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
