Job Description

Manage all aspects of custom home construction projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and budgets.

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.

Regularly communicate progress updates to clients and address any concerns promptly.

Monitor project costs and budgets, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes on all job sites.

Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for each project.

Foster strong professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

  • Experience managing residential construction projects, preferably custom homes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and project teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
