Were seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. In this role, youll partner with the Director of Nursing to guide our clinical staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead with empathy and excellence. Youll support nurses, aides, and interdisciplinary team members in delivering exceptional hospice care while helping shape the future of our organization.

• Supervise and mentor hospice nursing and clinical staff.
• Oversee care delivery and ensure compliance with state and federal standards.
• Collaborate with IDG team members to provide holistic, coordinated care.
• Support quality improvement and staff development initiatives.
