A Snapshot of Your Day

Join Siemens Energy as a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler, where you will take ownership of the plant's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). You will leverage this system, along with various support processes, to effectively plan and coordinate the plant's overall maintenance efforts. Imagine being at the heart of our operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently while contributing to our mission of sustainable energy solutions.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Proactively coordinate all major preventative, proactive, and project maintenance activities within the maintenance team and across the plant, while tracking all reactive maintenance efforts.
• Screen incoming work orders to identify the scope of work, required resources, and safety risks, planning accordingly to accommodate needs and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with various plant teams to ensure timely scheduling and execution of work orders, ensuring all CMMS documentation is complete and accurate.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to assist in managing the maintenance team, including after-action, utilization, safety, PM compliance, and work order backlog reports.
• Ensure all legacy plant equipment is assigned an asset ID and criticality level, and that new equipment is assigned the same prior to or immediately upon installation.
