Human Resources Generalist
Our client is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and serve as a key resource for employees and managers. In this role, you'll handle a wide range of HR functions - including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance - while helping maintain a positive and productive work environment.

What You'll Do as the Human Resources Generalist :
Support daily HR operations, providing guidance to employees and managers.
Assist with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records.
Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Coordinate performance review processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
Partner with leadership on employee relations and culture-building activities.
What You'll Bring as the Human Resources Generalist :
2-4 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment law.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems preferred.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
