Royal Community Supports is looking for a self-motivated, energetic Direct Support Professional to support an Individual who lives in Florham Park, NJ

Florham Park - Looking for an experienced DSP who can assist an adult with independent living. The right DSP will possess the skills needed to help this person complete weekly errands and tasks both at home and in town.  The DSP will assist the individual to live independently.  The individual looking for DSP support is bright and kind and motivated but can be very anxious, so the ideal DSP will possess a sense of calm and who conveys a sense of "it'll all be fine".  Looking for someone two weekdays per week, flexible hours - up to 8  hours total split into 4 hours Tuesdays and Thursdays.   Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to drive - mileage reimbursement available.  $24 / hr.

Schedule of Services :

8 hours total split into 4 hours Tuesdays and Thursdays.

• A 401K is  a benefit that is available to employees who have successfully completed their 90-day introductory period to Royal.  Employees who have are eligible to enroll the following month.  Royal has a 10% match to employee contributions, and more information about this benefit can be provided upon request

Qualifications :

Must be 18 years old or older

Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent

Must have a car

Must have valid driver's license and good driving record

Must be willing to have a background check

Must be be willing to take a drug screening

Must be authorized to legally work in the United States

Starting Pay Rate : $24 per hour
