Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Flex Security Officer for the Franklin, IN area. This position offers a payrate of $18.50 / hr with weekly pay.

Benefits : All qualifying candidates are eligible for a 401(k) with employer match (up to 8%) that work 20 hours a week (minimum of 500 hours per year or more worked) and have completed six months of service with Sunstates Security.

Requirements :

• Must have reliable transportation.
• One year of experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
• Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
• Able to work independently.
• Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in a clear and concise written form.

Must be willing to have no nail polish, false nails, or facial piercings while on duty

The Flex Officer position is crucial to our company's operational and financial success. The flex officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts which become open due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes.

Scheduling Expectations :

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Education Requirements : High School diploma or equivalent
