Litigation Associate Attorney

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join our prestigious Texas law firm. The successful candidate will be a key player in our fast-paced, high-stakes litigation team, primarily focusing on insurance defense litigation. You will be part of a supportive team environment that values your contributions and helps you grow professionally while delivering exceptional client service.

Base pay range

$110,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in all stages of insurance defense litigation, from inception to resolution.
• Conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Engaging in discovery, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions.
• Developing case strategies based on the review and analysis of evidence and legal precedent.
• Managing relationships with clients, opposing counsel, judges, and court staff.
• Preparing for and participating in trials, hearings, mediations, and settlements.
• Advising clients on their legal rights, obligations, and potential liabilities.
• Staying abreast of current trends and changes in insurance defense litigation.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction.
• Participating in professional development activities to maintain and enhance legal knowledge and skills.
