Job Description SUMMARY

The Successful candidate will be responsible for; working with the ECD to raise the bar on the agencys creative product both traditional / b2b and digital, Nurturing and inspiring the teams reporting to them, and collaborating with gyros North American and global pitch teams to deliver winning new business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with the ECD to raise the bar on the agencys creative product both traditional / b2b and digital

Nurturing and inspiring the teams reporting to them

Collaborating with gyros North American and global pitch teams to deliver winning new business

A strong writer with expertise in branding strategy, visual communication as well as team management, client-facing skills, and presentation expertise

A proven creative professional, with a solid track record of smart, award-winning work

Someone with a minimum of 10 years agency experience within marketing and advertising

An effective and proactive leader

A self motivated person who goes above and beyond a clients deliverables

Have excellent communication skills; written and verbal

Have excellent presentation skills

A team player

Overall someone passionate and energetic, with can do attitude
