job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConduct quarterly in-person evaluations for members enrolled in the Personal Preference Program Develop and review individualized cash management plans that meet members\' needs Monitor and analyze monthly cash expenditures to ensure compliance with budget allowances Maintain accurate documentation and electronic medical records for each member Educate members on safety tips and notification requirements for changes in condition or caregiver issues High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 3 years' experience in the health insurance industry or a professional business-related field required LPN or healthcare background preferred Proficiency in MS Office and other workforce management solutions highly preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities Equivalent and relevant professional experience in budgeting or finance preferred Experience with problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Familiarity with the healthcare industry
