Responsibilities
Conduct quarterly in-person evaluations for members enrolled in the Personal Preference ProgramDevelop and review individualized cash management plans that meet members\' needsMonitor and analyze monthly cash expenditures to ensure compliance with budget allowancesMaintain accurate documentation and electronic medical records for each memberEducate members on safety tips and notification requirements for changes in condition or caregiver issuesQualifications
High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 3 years' experience in the health insurance industry or a professional business-related field requiredLPN or healthcare background preferredProficiency in MS Office and other workforce management solutions highly preferredStrong analytical skills with the ability to balance multiple prioritiesPreferred Qualifications
