About The Position

Position / Specialty RN CVICU

Start date : (next applicable orientation date 3-4 wks out)

Years of experience REQ : 18 months ICU experience required; 2 years preferred. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH CARDIAC & NEURO PATIENTS AS ICU IS MIXED WITH BOTH.

First-timers accepted : (Y / N) Y

Certs REQ : AHA BLS & ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20miles)

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) – N

Locals accepted : (Y / N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals Same Rate

Pending License accepted : (Y / N) N

RTO Restrictions : All RTO must be included at time of submission.

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8 / 10's

Special Requirements : Epic experience required at a 3 or 4. Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay.

PLEASE NOTE :

• Include all RTO upfront in submission - Any RTO added later will likely not be approved by the client
• SMOKE FREE FACILITY : All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
