More than 71% of urologists suffer from burn-out and emotional exhaustion. This comes at a time where the majority of jobs are hospital employment. Coincidence, or are these two related? Every study shows that Private Practice Urologists are happier and more stable than hospital employment. This position is with a private urology group that is primed and ready for a urologist to refine and leave their own unique mark.

Private Practice Urology that owns their ASC, attached to their practice!

Your minimum base salary is $600,000, but with a remarkable upside.

Infrequent hospital call equal to 1 : 9, at just one hospital that is not a trauma center.

Not required, but as much robotic surgery as you want thanks to our hospital's investment in two new da Vinci systems.

This group is a Urolift Center of Excellence for the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms secondary to BPH or enlarged prostate.

Other niche options exist, including ED, TRT, infertility, stones, incontinence, etc.
