Pay : As our Manufacturing Engineer - Production Mechanical Engineer, you'll earn a competitive base annual salary of $70,000–$85,000 , plus bonuses , a sign-on bonus, monthly cash incentives, referral bonuses, and double-time pay.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - PRODUCTION MECHANICAL ENGINEER

This is a full-time engineering position, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with 45+ hours per week expected .

In this role, you'll spend most of your time in the factory, working closely with production to analyze designs, review engineering drawings, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You'll serve as a key liaison between customers, engineering, and production-driving quality, solving problems, and optimizing processes from concept to completion.
