Restaurant Manager Requirements :
- Must be able to communicate effectively and motivate others
- Scheduling, training, hiring, standards, liquor ordering, and inventory
- 3+ years experience leading a casual dining or upscale casual restaurant team
- Ability to write schedules
- Proven success leading a department within a restaurant
