Job Summary : The Project Manager and Administrator will support the Expansion and Business Development Directors in coordinating new market launch projects and ensuring timely completion of project tasks. This role is responsible for tracking project milestones, facilitating communication across departments, aligning executive communications and meetings as well as other key project elements. This position requires a proactive approach to project management, excellent organizational skills, and an eye for detail to help achieve smooth market launches aligned with company goals.

This role also provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the department. It will involve managing schedules and handling communications related to expansion and biz development

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Assists the Expansion and Business Development Team in establishing and tracking project schedules, ensuring project tasks and milestones align with market launches. Managing Contacts and Communications via CRM as it relates to business development leads and partners
• Manages contract communications with partners, attorneys and Business Development Director .
• Manages a corporate Asana board that tracks contracts, leases etc and communicates timelines to renew, amend, exit etc.
• Monitors and updates Asana tasks, working closely with cross-functional teams to support milestone achievements .
• Helps to manage new pro ject workflows for items requiring complex development, supporting each phase of the project lifecycle.
• Prepares weekly status updates and assists in drafting summary reports for director and executive review.
