What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : At least 5 years in professional culinary roles (restaurant, catering, hotel, or banquet).
  • Passion : A deep love for farm-fresh ingredients and sustainable cuisine.
  • Skills : Strong baking and pastry skills are a bonus.
  • Certification : ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
  • Physical Capability : Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Flexibility : Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Mindset : Entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
  • Your Role :

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and execution.
  • Ensure every dish meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Oversee food preparation for daily service, special events, and seasonal occasions.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen that exceeds health and safety requirements.
  • Manage food inventory, ordering, and equipment upkeep.
  • Step in as Head Chef when needed, maintaining operational excellence.
  • Participate in professional development and continued learning opportunities.
  • Embody the company’s values in everything you do, from teamwork to plate presentation.
