ABOUT THE COMPANY :
Rhythm & Rally is a 160,000 square foot, 2 level indoor pickleball facility. Each level holds 4 pods of 4 courts, for a total of 32 courts. This facility is used for tournaments, membership activity and local programing. Rhythm & Rally also offers multipurpose rooms for parties and events, a retail store and food and beverage options coming soon.

POSITION SUMMARY :
The Guest Services Team Member provides the first point of contact for all guests. The Guest Services Team Member is expected to provide excellent customer service to all visitors and always displays a vast amount of knowledge of the facility's programs and offerings.
