  • Location : Morgantown, WV 26505 (West Virginia healthcare jobs)\n
  • Unit : 6 North – Medicine Unit (34 beds, general med-surg with telemetry)\n
  • Assignment Length : 13 weeks (10 / 6 / 2025 – 1 / 5 / 2026)\n
  • Shift : Night shift (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM), 3x12 hour shifts per week (36 hours / week guaranteed)\n
  • Optional : 48-hour weeks available if desired\n
  • Employment Type : Travel nursing assignment\n
  • Openings : 2 Telemetry RN positions\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1570 - $1680\n

    • \n\nTelemetry RN Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia or compact state\n
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience (telemetry or med-surg nursing preferred)\n
  • Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills\n
  • Ability to adapt to changing unit needs and float to other units as needed\n

    • \n\nTelemetry RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on a general med-surg floor with telemetry monitoring\n
  • Manage a patient ratio of 1 : 6, collaborating with RNs, LPNs, and Care Assistants\n
  • Participate in bedside shift reports and team huddles at the start of each shift\n
  • Work closely with charge nurses and clinical nurse coordinators to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Float to other acute care units or assist with med-surg overflow as required\n
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures\n
