Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for an Experience Design Specialist in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).

Contract Duration : 6+ months with possible extension or conversion

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• 5+ years creating wireframes, workflows, personas, and scenarios that enhance user experience and improve efficiency metrics
• 5+ years experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization
• Experience with Collaboration tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• Knowledge and understanding of UI (User Interface)
• Knowledge and understanding of mobile platforms
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
• Knowledge and understanding of Agile
• Knowledge and understanding of financial services regulatory environment a plus
