OVERVIEW
PIN is looking for a Designer (Graphic & Web) who is equally comfortable designing for digital media as they are wireframing and building out web assets. The ideal candidate possesses a strong design foundation, an eye for detail, and a curiosity about how design influences the user journey across various platforms. You’ll collaborate across departments- Creative, Paid Media, Social, and Account Management to craft beautiful, effective design solutions for websites, campaigns, social, and more.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with our creative, content, and marketing teams to develop visual assets for digital campaigns (social media, websites, email, ads, one-pagers, etc.)
- Assist with web layout and design, including but not limited to : landing pages, UI elements, and basic front-end adjustments
- Produce high-quality design mockups, layouts, and assets in alignment with brand guidelines
- Assist in concepting and ideation sketches, moodboards, and visual explorations
- Organize and package all necessary assets for delivery
- Work with feedback loops : iterate quickly, take direction, and polish designs based on internal and client feedback
- Help maintain and evolve design systems, templates, and brand libraries
- Support in day-to-day tasks (image sourcing, asset resizing, file organization)
- Stay up to date on current design trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the table
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Web Design, or related field1–3 years in a design / web role (agency or in-house)Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign)Basic HTML / CSS / web design knowledgeBasic familiarity with UX / UI tools.Understanding of production, file formats, color modes, etc.Strong visual sensibility, attention to detail, typography, and layout skillsAbility to take direction, accept feedback, and iterate quicklyGood communication, ability to explain design decisionsOrganized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks / projectsA strong portfolio (professional work) demonstrating range, creativity, and visual problem-solving via web / digital design work.
