About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for planning and executing engaging events of all types, from corporate meetings to social celebrations. In this role, the Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute events from conception to completion within budget and time constraints
- Coordinate with clients to determine event requirements and preferences
- Research and negotiate with vendors for catering, equipment rental, and logistics
- Develop event marketing strategies and promotional materials
- Manage event logistics including venue setup, catering, and entertainment
- Supervise event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operation
