Job Title : Intake Coordinator

Location : Hospital in Newport Beach, CA (100% Onsite)

Job Type : Temp to Perm

Department : Medical Office Support

Schedule : Tuesday-Saturday; 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm

Hourly Rate : $20-$25 / hr depending on experience

Duties : The Intake Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of a variety of data, including patient information, and billing and payroll information. Responds to referrals from a wide range of referral sources.

Education :

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years college preferred.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

  • Home Health : At least two (2) years’ experience in customer service, preferably in home health care preferred.
  • Hospice : At least two (2) years’ experience in customer service, preferably in hospice preferred.
