Social Worker / MSW, Hospice

Location : Weld & Larimer Counties, CO

Position : Hospice Social Worker PRN / Part-Time 10-20 hours per week + on call support

Remote / Virtual Position : No

Coverage Area : Estes Park / Lyons, CO & surrounding areas

Salary : $27 - $38 / hour

Schedule : PRN / Part-Time with support after hours on call / holidays

Must be licensed in the state of CO as an LSW or LCSW
