Your Role

We are looking for a talented preservation architect to join our team. Preservation Architects are fully integrated into project teams from conceptual design through construction administration. They are expected to exhibit confidence and a strong collaborative attitude. Flexibility, initiative, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude are important qualities we look for. Candidates must exhibit a strong graphic sensibility, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Fully integrated into project teams from conceptual design through construction administration.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties and maintain a strong graphic sensibility.
• Apply the Secretary of the Interior's Standards and coordinate state and federal historic tax credit applications.
• Conduct building assessments on significant projects and develop preservation specifications from conceptual designs to detailed documents.
